1 | Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line 8-inch (2 L) square baking pan with parchment paper. Stir together flour, quinoa, oats, flax seeds, baking powder and salt. |
2 | In bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, sugar, eggs, oil and maple syrup; stir into flour mixture until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.

3 | Scrape mixture into prepared pan; bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes in pan. Remove from pan. Let cool completely; cut into bars. |
